Type Investigation Project

We were assigned to create different styles for a letter of our choosing, and I chose the letter "R." For this, I chose to go off of the font Copperplate, and create different styles based on this font/letter combo. The 1st row was to be weight, the 2nd row was to be italics, the 3rd row was to be linear, the 4th row was to be 3D, the 5th row was to be image-based, and the 6th and 7th rows were open to our own choosing. For the 6th row, I decided to make my letter line based, and for the 7th row, I decided the theme to be hand-drawn patterns which I drew on my Wacom tablet.
